Football has shaped my life from the very beginning. I experienced the game from the inside — progressing through the youth system in Germany, representing my country at the FIFA U20 World Cup, captaining professional teams and competing at UEFA Cup level. Every step taught me that talent alone is never enough. The right environment, the right people and the right decisions often make the biggest difference.
When my playing career came to an end, I didn't leave football. I chose to stay where I could create the greatest impact: helping others build careers with purpose.
Building TPWE GmbH further broadened my perspective on the game and reinforced my belief that lasting success is built through trust, strong relationships and long-term thinking. Those principles continue to shape the way I work today.
Today, as a licensed FIFA Football Agent and UEFA A Licence coach, I combine the perspectives of player, coach and advisor. I understand the demands on the pitch as well as the realities behind every negotiation. Over time, my work has also expanded to advising coaches, sporting directors and decision-makers, giving me an even broader understanding of football from every side of the table.
Every recommendation I make is guided by one simple question: Will this help the player become better—not just today, but for the long term?
